2. Products
The main characteristics of each product (material, contents, size and use) are on its product page. The products you order, their quantities and unit prices are shown in the order summary at checkout.
3. Price and payment
Prices are in Turkish lira and include VAT. Shipping is shown separately in the order summary; nothing else is charged.
Payment is by credit or debit card through iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.), a licensed payment institution. You enter your card details on iyzico's payment page; they are not sent to us and we do not store them.
Instalment options available for your card are shown on the iyzico payment page; your bank's terms apply.
Your order is final once the payment is approved.
4. Delivery
We ship by contracted carrier to the address in Türkiye you give at checkout. We do not ship abroad yet.
The preparation time is shown on the product page; for made-to-order products it includes production. Delivery never takes longer than 30 days from the date your order becomes final.
When your order ships we email you the carrier and tracking number.
Please check the parcel on delivery; for a damaged parcel, a report signed by the courier speeds things up. This does not limit your statutory rights.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without any penalty. If an order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts when the last item is delivered.
To withdraw, send us a written notice with your order number within this period, to hello@noq.works or to our registered electronic mail address.
Please send the product back within 10 days of your notice. Return shipping is paid by us: we reply to your notice with the carrier and a shipping code.
We refund everything you paid, including the original shipping cost, to the card used for payment, in one transaction, within 14 days of receiving your notice. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
During the withdrawal period you may examine the product as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond that.
6. Exceptions
By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example with a name, a custom size, colour or design). Such products are marked on the product page and in the order summary.
Standard products marked "made to order" are not personalised products; the right of withdrawal applies to them.
7. Defects and warranty
If a product is defective, you have the remedies of Article 11 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a non-defective product. Shipping costs are then paid by us.
Where a warranty certificate is required, the warranty starts on delivery and lasts at least two years.
Fine layer lines and small surface differences on 3D-printed parts are a natural result of the process and are not by themselves a defect, as long as the product matches its description. This does not limit your statutory rights for defective goods.
8. Complaints and disputes
Please write to hello@noq.works first with any complaint.
Disputes can be brought, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, before the consumer arbitration committee where you live or where you made the purchase, and above those limits before the consumer courts. Cases where mediation is mandatory before going to court remain reserved. Applications can also be made through the Consumer Information System (TÜBİS) on e-Devlet.
