What this notice covers
This notice describes processing based on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) KVKK. How we process personal data in general is set out in the Privacy Notice; cookies are detailed in the Cookie policy.
Explicit consent is never a condition of an order, an account or a reply to your request. Each purpose has its own box, unticked by default; nothing is processed for a purpose you do not tick.
Analytics (optional)
If you consent, we record — under a random visitor ID (the noq_z cookie) — which pages you open, which links and buttons you click, form submissions (not what you type), shop steps, time on page and which A/B test version you saw.
Purpose: to improve the site, the shop and our products. Records stay on our own servers, are not shared and are deleted after 13 months.
Marketing and personalisation (optional)
If you consent, we use the same visitor ID to show product recommendations and offers on the site and in your NOQ account, based on what you bought and your answers to short questions.
Personalisation needs to recognise the visitor, so ticking this box also ticks analytics; turning analytics off also turns personalisation off.
No data is sent to ad networks, social media platforms or data brokers.
Permissions kept separate
To send offers or announcements by email or message we ask for a separate commercial electronic message permission (Law No. 6563, İYS). The consents in this notice do not replace that permission.
Publishing your contributions publicly in the NOQ Open community needs a separate, optional consent, asked in NOQ Account › Community; its own text is shown there.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
Use the cookie banner or "Cookie preferences" in the footer to change or withdraw your consent at any time; you can also withdraw it by writing to hello@noq.works. When you withdraw analytics consent, measurement stops and noq_z is deleted.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before it. Your choice (which purposes, when, under which text version) is recorded as proof.
