Cookie policy

noq.works runs on necessary cookies; analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you consent. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

Effective: 4 November 2026 (version 2026-11-v2)

What is a cookie

A cookie is a small text file a site stores in your browser and reads back on later requests. The browser's local storage can serve a similar purpose; this policy covers both.

Necessary cookies (no consent needed)

  • noq_sepet — remembers your cart; set when you add a product, valid for 30 days.
  • noq_magaza — keeps you signed in with your NOQ account; valid for 30 days or until you sign out.
  • noq_onay — remembers your cookie choice (which categories you accepted and when); valid for 6 months.
  • noq_dil — if you pick a language from the menu, opens the home page in that language; valid for 12 months.

Your light / dark theme choice and announcements you closed in this session are kept in your browser's local storage and never sent to the server. These are required for the service to work and therefore do not depend on consent.

Analytics cookies (with your consent)

  • noq_z — a random visitor ID; valid for 13 months. We link page views, clicks, form submissions (not field contents), shop steps, time on page and the A/B test version you saw to this ID.

To tell browser sessions apart, a random session identifier is written to local storage (renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity).

Purpose: improving the site, the shop and our products. Measurement runs on our own servers and is not passed to third parties.

Marketing and personalisation (with your consent)

With the same visitor ID we show product recommendations and offers based on what you bought and your survey answers. No data is sent to ad networks, social media platforms or data brokers.

Cookieless statistics

Even without consent we keep total visit counts with Umami, which runs on our own servers, uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses; these counts cannot be linked to a person.

Payment and sign-in pages

When you move to iyzico's page to pay or to the identity page to sign in, those pages may use their own necessary cookies, governed by their own policies.

Managing your choices

Use "Cookie preferences" in the footer to change or withdraw your consent at any time; when you withdraw analytics consent, noq_z is deleted and measurement stops. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies stops the cart and sign-in from working.

The scope of the explicit consent you give for analytics and marketing cookies is set out in the Explicit Consent Notice.
